As a game-changer for Women in Motorsport I spoke about navigating a traditionally male-dominated industry, turning challenges into opportunities, and reshaping the rules through vision, resilience, and bold action.
I shared insights from my 10+ years of experience working with Formula 1® Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
I am also proud to be part of the FIA Women in Motorsport Mentorship Program, supporting the next generation of Female Leaders.
